Photography and video built to work across your funnel.
Most production companies hand you a hero film and a folder of stills, then disappear. We shoot with your full marketing plan in the room, so every day on set produces hero pieces, paid ads, social cuts, headshots, and a library you can post from for months.
A Mondo shoot, storyboarded.
Drag the timeline. Six frames from a Mondo shoot plan, the same structure we bring to every production. The behind-the-scenes card shows you the camera, the lens, the location, the call.
Sound Familiar?
These are the problems we hear from business owners every week. If any of this hits home, you're in the right place.
The big corporate video that aged out in six months
You paid for a hero film, watched it ship, and within a quarter it already feels dated. The shots are siloed in one long edit, the social team has nothing to post, and the next campaign means starting over. A shoot day should leave you with a library, not a single deliverable.
Beautiful work that nobody wired to a goal
Most production crews are technically excellent and strategically blind. The lighting is right, the color is graded, the music swells, and nothing in the brief connects to a funnel, a paid ad test, or a search term. Pretty footage with no plan is a portfolio piece for the vendor and a sunk cost for you.
One shoot, one cut, zero repurposing
The classic mistake is shooting horizontal-only, locking everything into a two-minute edit, and leaving the raw footage on a hard drive. Modern shoots are planned in 9:16 and 16:9 from the storyboard so one day fills weeks of channels.
Turnaround that kills the moment
Eight weeks for a first edit is normal in production-land and useless in marketing-land. By the time the cut lands, the campaign window has closed. Social cuts come back in five to seven business days; hero films get a realistic backwards timeline from your launch date.
How We Do It
Our photography & video process is built on results, not guesswork. Here's exactly what happens when you work with us.
Creative Brief
We start by understanding what you need, why you need it, and where it will be used. We define the shot list, visual style, brand guidelines to follow, and the story you want to tell. A thorough creative brief ensures everyone is aligned before we pick up a camera, eliminating guesswork and maximizing every minute of shoot time.
Pre-Production & Planning
We handle all logistics: location scouting, scheduling, talent coordination, equipment planning, and shot list finalization. For video, this includes scripting, storyboarding, and production timeline development. Pre-production is where good shoots become great ones, and we invest the time here to ensure shoot day runs smoothly and efficiently.
Production (Shoot Day)
Our team arrives with professional equipment, lighting, and a clear plan. We direct subjects, manage locations, and capture everything on the shot list plus opportunistic moments that make content feel authentic. For video, we capture multiple angles, b-roll, interviews, and any scripted segments. You're involved as much or as little as you want to be.
Post-Production & Delivery
After the shoot, we select the best images, perform professional editing and retouching, and deliver files optimized for their intended use: web, social, print, or all of the above. For video, post-production includes editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and export in multiple formats. You receive a curated gallery or final cut, plus revisions until you're completely satisfied.

The Real Cost of Photo & Video Production
Here's what the average US business pays per project for photo & video production services. These numbers come from industry benchmarks, not guesswork.
- A quote that creeps up later
- Template work, weak brand thinking
- No proof or preview before final production
- Deadlines that slip
- Nobody to call once the job is done

Questions
& Answers
Got questions about our photography & video services? Here are the ones we hear most often.
A regular production company sells you a video. We sell you a content system. Our video team works in the same room as our social, paid ads, and content strategy teams, so every shoot day is planned to feed the full funnel: hero film, ad cuts, social shorts, and a stock library you can pull from for months.
Both, depending on what makes sense. When the budget and timing line up, we run a combined production day so you get stills and motion from the same setup, same wardrobe, same crew. When the deliverable mix is heavier on one side, we scope a dedicated shoot for that medium.
We are based in Colorado and Florida and serve clients nationwide. For shoots outside our home regions, we travel routinely and quote travel and lodging transparently as a separate line, so you always know what is creative spend and what is logistics.
Social cuts and short-form deliverables typically come back within five to seven business days of the shoot. Longer hero films run two to three weeks for a first cut depending on complexity. We build the timeline backwards from your launch date so the schedule is real, not aspirational.
The brief starts with your positioning, your voice, and the channels you actually post on, not with a treatment lifted from a stock shot reel. Because the same team handles your written brand, your social, and your ads, the look stays consistent with everything else your audience sees from you.
You do. You get the final deliverables, the source files where it makes sense, and a full library of selects with usage rights for paid media, web, social, and print. We do not gate footage behind perpetual licensing fees.
Drone work is included when it earns its place in the cut: large environments, property exteriors, location establishing shots, dramatic terrain. We do not add an aerial flyover of a building entrance because it looks impressive in a deck. Every aerial pilot we use is FAA Part 107 certified and insured.
That is the entire point of working with us instead of a standalone production house. Our content, social, and paid teams are involved from the first call, so the deliverables map to a paid campaign, an organic posting calendar, and a sales funnel, not a one-off launch moment.
