Print that holds up in someone's hand.
Business cards, brochures, postcards, stationery, and the everyday marketing pieces your team hands out. Designed by the same brand team that builds your identity, then printed on paper that actually feels worth keeping.
Pick a finish. Lift a specimen.
Eight everyday pieces, each on the paper we would default to. Hover a card to see the stock spec. Click a finish chip to highlight matching specimens and dim the rest.
Sound Familiar?
These are the problems we hear from business owners every week. If any of this hits home, you're in the right place.
The screen lied
Files look crisp on the monitor, then arrive dull, off-color, or shifted purple where the brand blue should be. Nobody warned you about CMYK conversion, and the file sat in the queue with no human checking it. We proof on the actual stock before the press starts.
The paper feels like a coupon
Thin stock, waxy coating, edges that curl in the rain. The card you spent two weeks designing ends up feeling like the flyer slid under your windshield. We default to 14pt-plus stocks, soft-touch, and uncoated premium.
Every piece looks slightly different
Business cards from one vendor, brochures from another, postcards from a third. Three shades of "your" brand blue, three slightly different logo crops, three font weights that are almost the same. One team, one brand kit, one print queue.
Template tax
The online printer's drag-and-drop builder spits out something that looks like every dentist, real estate agent, and yoga studio in town. Customers cannot remember which card was yours. Every piece is custom-designed against your brand system.
How We Do It
Our small format printing process is built on results, not guesswork. Here's exactly what happens when you work with us.
Design Consultation
We start by understanding what you need printed, who it's for, and how it will be used. Are these leave-behinds for sales meetings? Mailers for a campaign? Event materials for a conference? The answers determine the design approach, paper selection, and finishing options. We also review your brand guidelines to ensure everything we produce is consistent with your visual identity.
Print Design
If you don't have print-ready files, our design team creates them. If you do, we review them for print compatibility: checking resolution, color mode (CMYK), bleed, margins, and font embedding. Many projects that come to us with 'ready to print' files actually need adjustments for optimal output. We'd rather catch issues before printing than hand you a box of flawed materials.
Proof & Approval
You see a digital proof (and a physical proof for critical projects) before we print a single copy. This is your chance to verify colors, layout, copy, and overall appearance. We don't go to production until you've approved the proof in writing. This step prevents costly mistakes and ensures the final product matches your expectations exactly.
Printing & Delivery
We produce your materials using professional digital and offset printing equipment, depending on the project requirements and quantity. Every print run is quality-checked for color accuracy, registration, and finish before packaging. We deliver locally or ship nationally with careful packaging to ensure your materials arrive in perfect condition. Reordering is simple since we keep your files on hand.

The Real Cost of Small Format Print
Here's what the average US business pays per project for small format print services. These numbers come from industry benchmarks, not guesswork.
- A quote that creeps up later
- Template work, weak brand thinking
- No proof or preview before final production
- Deadlines that slip
- Nobody to call once the job is done
Do you even need small format printing?
Most businesses invest in the wrong piece first. They print a thousand brochures before the brand is settled. They order banners before the design reads from ten feet away. We analyze first, recommend second.

Questions
& Answers
Got questions about our small format printing services? Here are the ones we hear most often.
Small format covers anything printed at or under roughly 13 by 19 inches, which is most of the marketing pieces a business hands out day to day. Business cards, brochures, flyers, postcards, letterhead, stickers, and invitations all fall in this bucket. Larger work like banners, vehicle wraps, and signage is wide-format, which our signage team handles separately.
Screens use red, green, and blue light, while printers use cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink, and the two color spaces do not translate one to one. Without proper conversion and a physical proof, brand blues can drift purple, greens can flatten, and reds can go muddy. Every Mondo print job runs through a color-managed workflow, and we proof on the actual stock so what you approve is what you get.
Yes, because the same brand and graphic-design team that runs your visual identity also lays out your print pieces. We work from your brand system, not a stock template, so business cards, brochures, and stationery read as one family. If you do not have a brand system yet, we can build one before we print anything.
We carry premium uncoated, matte, soft-touch, silk, gloss, linen, cotton, and recycled stocks in weights from 80 lb text up to 32pt cover. Specialty options include spot UV, raised foil, painted edges, letterpress, embossing, die-cuts, and rounded corners. We will recommend a combination based on how the piece gets used, how long it needs to last, and how it should feel in someone's hand.
Standard small-format jobs ship in three to seven business days from artwork approval, with rush options available when a launch, event, or trade show is on the line. Because we produce regionally rather than routing files to overseas plants, we can move faster than national online printers on most jobs. Tell us the in-hand date and we will work backward from there.
Both work. Our in-house graphic-design team can design every piece from scratch using your brand system, or we can take fully print-ready files from your team and prep them for production. If you bring files that are not quite print-ready, we will flag the issues and fix them with you instead of printing the mistake.
Every job gets a digital proof for layout and content review, and on color-sensitive pieces we run a physical proof on the production stock before the full run. You sign off in writing on both, and nothing prints without your approval. That is how we keep brand colors consistent across every piece you order, this run and the next.
Short runs are welcome. Digital production lets us run 100 business cards, 250 brochures, or 50 postcards without changing the per-piece quality, so you can print what you actually need instead of stockpiling boxes that go out of date. For larger volumes, we shift to offset for better economics without changing how the finished piece looks.
